When booking a wine course with us, we request your title, name, email address, delivery address and, in the case of WSET® courses, your date of birth. We collect this data to process your registrations for any courses and to deliver your purchased services to you as well as to send you information regarding the course on which you are registered. In some cases, your booking requires us to post materials to you as well, such as those WSET® courses which require materials to be provided to students in advance of the course date.

Your correspondence with us.
In certain situations, information related to health may be required to support applications for reasonable adjustment and/or special consideration in the context of examinations for WSET® qualifications.
Your ethnicity and/or racial origin and such other information as may be required by our regulator in connection with the delivery of WSET® qualifications.
We do not share this information outside Pharos Wine School (Pharos AC Ltd.) or WSET®. Note that WSET® will have its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review that privacy policy, as well. In some circumstances, the data may be stored in our internal support system for further action. This data is stored indefinitely for reference but you may request its deletion by contacting us.

DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES
For us to provide you with WSET® qualifications, we must share some of your personal data with these approved organisational body to be able to provide you with your booked courses. We provide this information when required by WSET® in a way that is both secure and sensitive.
When Pharos Wine School processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
We are required to co-operate with regulators (like the Information Commissioners Office) and law enforcement agencies (like the police or the Serious Fraud Office).
